We believe that intentional community is the key to spiritual growth. Our community groups is a place where you can walk out a life in faith alongside brothers and sisters who are committed to follow Jesus. If you are ready to take the next step, we invite you to join a community group!
There is no junior-sized Holy Spirit. We believe the youngest members of our church have everything they need pertaining to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3), and we value the equipping and training of young leaders who will lead their generation in truth and love.

Jam (Ages 3-5)
JAM Director: Sarah Chung
Jesus and Me (JAM) is a safe and nurturing environment where toddlers and preschool aged children can come to know God and His great love through biblical teaching and hands on learning. Our hands on learning include crafts and games that are applicable to the bible stories we are learning. Through biblical teaching and worship, we aim to foster a culture and environment in which our children will grow in a lifelong journey of following and loving God. We look forward to growing with you and your child!
HOPE Kids (grades k-5)
HOPE Kids Director: Ginny Lee
Welcome to HOPE Kids, the Elementary Education group at HOPE Church! Our loving and talented staff strive each week to teach our students Bible-based lessons using prayer, music, crafts, and discussions. We believe every child has a unique purpose in the kingdom of God. Our mission is to equip our kids by studying Biblical truths, treating others with compassion and developing a genuine lifelong journey of walking with God. Snacks are also provided!
Chosen is a youth ministry comprised of middle and high school students. Our name comes from 1 Peter 2:9, “But you are a Chosen people". We meet on Friday nights at 7pm for worship, intercession, bible studies, and fun! Our weekly meetings focuses on encountering God’s presence and encouraging the youth to walk in the fullness of who they were created to be. Our vision is to see the next generation of youth being transformed by the love of Christ.

We are a campus-based community on mission to see God glorified in and through the lives of students, faculty, staff and surrounding community of the University of Maryland at College Park. We also serve the college-aged members of HOPE Church as they are scattered across the city and campuses abroad. We seek to glorify God by growing in our understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ, becoming disciples who then make disciples, and sharing the message of the kingdom in our sphere of influence. We believe that God has called us to be a place of hope for all those who seek to take refuge in Him.

ARC (Adults Reaching Christ) is HOPE Church's adults ministry. Our aim is to sustain a Christ-centered community that perpetually celebrates what God is doing in the greater DMV region. We have weekly small group meetings, monthly large group gatherings, and regular interactions with other ministries in the area; all towards a beautification of the Body of Christ and an unrelenting adoration of the One.

Covenant consists of married couples and families at HOPE Church. We aim to be a place where families are nurtured in their faith, couples find encouragement for their Christian marriage, and parents are equipped to raise their children in the knowledge of God. Our desire is to see every family live out their Kingdom purpose and calling through worship, service, and fellowship.
Our members are encouraged to join a Covenant Life Group (small groups), which consist of 5-6 families who meet twice a month. It is here that we share lives together. As “iron sharpens iron” (Proverbs 27:17) we speak truth into each other’s lives, and share our triumphs as well as our sorrows. We have seasonal activities such as our spring picnic, Christmas fellowship, and family retreat.
